Nelsons CNC USA Corp: Shipping Policy
Please note: All products are manufactured and shipped from Australia. Shipping time is generally 5-7 days from dispatch. (We invite you to see our customer reviews on our homepage which confirm our typical international delivery timeframe).
Please note: We pay all taxes, duties and tariffs on the aluminum so there are no hidden costs! What you pay at check-out is the final amount.
Order Processing:
• All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders received before 12:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) will be processed the same day, subject to product availability.
• Orders received after 12:00 PM (AEST) will be processed on the next business day.
International Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
Nelsons CNC USA Corp ships all orders from our warehouse located in Australia.
• FedEx International: Delivery usually within 5-7 days.
• Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
• Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays
• International shipping delivery times vary depending on the destination.
• Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
We currently ship to selected international destinations: U.S. Please contact us direct to organise shipping to your country info@nelsonscnc.com. Please note we are located in Australia for returns.
Order Tracking:
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number through our carrier’s website.
• If you have not received your tracking number please contact our team directly info@nelsonscnc.com quoting your order number.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
• For lost packages, please reach out to us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
