How do I order the correct size?

Measure the outside of the tube and the wall thickness. Use a caliper if you can. Check all four sides. Order the matching outside size and wall. Step-by-step: how to measure aluminum tube for end caps. If the tube has radiused corners, see square edge vs radius edge.

Do these fit pipe or tube?

The same cap can fit pipe or tube if the measured outside size and wall match. Pipe names (schedule 40) are not tube sizes. See aluminum pipe end caps vs tube end caps. Measure, then use Custom Size if the size is not listed.

Aluminum or plastic?

Aluminum matches aluminum tube for thermal expansion in heat and cold. Plastic often loosens when the tube expands. More detail: aluminum vs plastic tube end caps.

Can you make a size that is not listed?

Yes. Use the Custom Size page with outside size and wall thickness.
